Privacy notice
Short, because the site collects little.
Who is responsible
Peter Bednarek, Częstochowa, Poland, is the controller of personal data sent through this website. You can reach me through the contact form or at peter@automateyourstuff.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company and the description of your process. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Form messages are delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email delivery service.
How long it is kept
As long as our correspondence is relevant, and no longer than 24 months after the last message unless we work together, in which case the usual accounting retention rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and complain to a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
