About
I am Peter Bednarek. I build small automations for businesses, and I spent most of my career on the other side of them: running the operations they replace.
Twenty years of building things
In 2004 I started sport.czest.pl, a local sports site for Częstochowa that grew into a small newsroom covering volleyball, football and youth sport. In 2026 I rebuilt it on my own, with automated pipelines doing the work that used to need an editorial team.
Fifteen years in operations
I then spent fifteen years at LiveChat (now Text). I started on the support desk and moved to whatever the company needed built next: a support team that answered around the clock, HR, legal and administration, and later a sales team.
That is where I learned what a repeated process really costs. Not the minutes it takes, but the one time it is forgotten, done twice, or done by someone who did not know the exception. The person who does a task every week knows exactly where it breaks, so every project starts with them.
Products
Alongside client work I build and run two products: Remindlo, brings customers back for recurring services and cuts no-shows for garages, clinics, salons and vets in the UK. Scanlo, free trackable QR codes that small businesses use to collect Google reviews and see which print actually gets scanned.
Why small automations
Most businesses do not need a platform. They need one tedious job to happen on time, every time, and to hear about it when it does not. AI coding tools have made that kind of software cheap enough to build for a single process. That is what Automate Your Stuff is: one process at a time, delivered with monitoring and reports, hosted by you or by me, and always owned by the client.
